Civil and Structure:

We undertook key civil engineering responsibilities, starting with the construction of blockworks and concrete structures, ensuring the building’s foundation and framework were strong and durable. We also provided specialized expansion joint treatment to address the natural movement of the structure and prevent future damage. Additionally, we handled critical infrastructure installations, including the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and the sub-soil drainage system, which were crucial in maintaining the functionality and sustainability of the building.

Finishes:

We undertook a comprehensive range of finishing tasks, ensuring that both the external and internal aesthetics of the structure matched the client’s vision. Our team executed precision plastering, both internally and externally, followed by high-quality painting to ensure durability and visual appeal. We meticulously handled the tiling and granite works, covering both wall and floor surfaces, and delivering a flawless finish. The installation of false ceilings was carried out to provide both aesthetic and functional solutions. Additionally, we expertly managed Aluminium, MS, and UPVC works, focusing on providing structural integrity and modern design elements. Our water-proofing measures ensure the longevity of the structure, while gypsum plastering and steel works were conducted with attention to detail, adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.
