The Embassy Taurus World Technology Centre, developed by Winterfell Realty (a joint venture of Embassy Property Development Pvt Ltd and Taurus Investment Holdings), spans 10 acres within Technopark and features 2.3 million sq. ft. of office space, with future developments including retail and a hotel.

Works Undertaken:

Civil and Structure:

We were responsible for executing the multi-level car parking structure’s key civil works, ensuring the necessary modifications for shaft closures and structural integrity of the entire parking system. This phase of the project also included comprehensive handrail installations, adhering to stringent safety standards.

Finishes:

Our team delivered high-quality finishes for the painting package, focusing on aesthetic enhancement while ensuring protection from wear and weather conditions. The shaft closures were expertly sealed, ensuring durability and functionality.

External Development:

The external development included meticulous paver work for the entire parking area, ensuring a smooth and visually appealing finish. These works enhanced both the usability and visual appeal of the parking structure.

MS Works:

Our work on this project also involved the fabrication and installation of metal handrails, combining safety with modern design to complement the structure.
